ARTIST PAYMENT
For Afton shows, artists are always paid directly proportional to their draw for the event. Each act is guaranteed to be paid at minimum, our standard payscale, based on their total draw. Each time an act brings out over 30 fans, we are able to offer them bonus pay the next time they play. We work hard to accommodate our reliable acts as much as possible, and we intend for every artist to earn the bonus pay.

- Once artists are paid, Afton does not just "pocket all the money"
- All ages shows cannot pay as much as the usual 21+ only bar show

It is important that you establish how much you want to be paid for playing the event and compare that to how many fans you believe you will draw. This will make it obvious if the payment structure for our shows is a good fit for you. Keep in mind, our shows have potential to be the best paying all ages shows, especially once you factor in possible bonus pay options.
BONUS PAYMENT
Anytime an act draws more than 30 fans, they get a $1/Ticket bonus pay on the next show they play. In addition to the pay scale and this standard $1/Ticket bonus payment for artists that drew 30+ for their previous show, we offer special payment accommodations to artists that are consistently reliable. Artists that show us they are dependable and easy to work with make it possible for us to pay them even more. Our goal is to help our artists increase their fan base so that we can pay them more and more each time they play.
